MAY 10 Senior Company Ballet Performance – The Sleeping Beauty, at the Scranton Cultural Center, Saturday, 7 PM ! The full length ballet by the Senior company, with guest professional artists/alumni performers, and an appearance by regional dance educators who have studied at Ballet Theatre of Scranton! The Sleeping Beauty 2008 photos May performances and dress rehearsals (below) will be held at Marywood University's Sette-LaVerghetta Center for the Performing Arts MAY 22 Dress Rehearsal - Senior Tap/Jazz Performance, "Dimensions"- Jazz, Tap and Modern, Thursday, time to be announced. MAY 24 Saturday, Performance of above, ages high school to adult at 7:30 PM MAY 23 Dress Rehearsal “Junior Tap/Jazz Performance”, Jazz, Tap and Modern, Friday, time to be announced. MAY 24 Sunday, Performance “Junior Tap/Jazz Performance”, ages 8 to junior high school at 7:30 PM MAY 24 Dress Rehearsal “The Dance Studio's Mini-Dancers”, Pre-ballet, Jazz, and Tap, Saturday, time to be announced. MAY 25 Mini-Dancer Recital Performance, ages 4 to 7 years old, Sunday at 2:00 PM JUNE 3 Run through at The Dance Studio for the Children/Apprentice Company Ballet , Beauty and the Beast, Tuesday, 4:00 - 6:30 PM !

JUNE 8 Performance of the Children/Apprentice Company Ballet 50th Anniversary production of Beauty and the Beast,ages 8 to 12/13 years old, Sunday at 4:00 PM, at Marywood University's Sette- LaVerghetta Center for the Performing Arts !
JULY/AUGUST Mini-Dance Camp for Ages 5-8
July 21 to July 25 and August 18 to August 22 9AM-11AM Students will experience a fun, educational and creative week long program ! Creative movement, arts and crafts, storytelling and exercises in nurturing creativity will be offered ! Dance Camp for Students Aged 9 to 12 July 21 to July 25 11AM - 2PM Students will experience a hands on week long program in a fun, artistic, educational environment ! Ballet, jazz and ethnic dance are offered and visiting professional artists in theatre, music, storytelling and viisual arts are guest instructors ! Mommy and Me ! for Ages 2 and 3 9:30 to 10 AM July 8 through July 24, Tuesdays and Thursdays August 5 through August 21, Tuesdays and Thursdays A parent assisted movement experience! Simple songs and dances will be taught in a gently disciplined environment! Tiny Ballernia - for Ages 3 and 4 10 to 10:30 AM July 8 through July 24, Tuesdays and Thursdays August 5 through August 21, Tuesdays and Thursdays For the independent child, ages 3 and 4, who have already experienced "Mommy and Me !" !

FEB 10 Cinderella Ball – for children ages 4 through 14, a 50th Anniversary celebration ! 4 - 7 PM - attended by over 250 persons, it was a great success , and wondereful family event ! FEB 24 Performance in “Pink Elegance on Parade” – Fashion Show to Benefit the NEPA Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
